With the intention of providing functional minimalism within a modern and contained design objective, designer Lane Odom’s first offering under the vane brand is derivative of sportswear --harnessing the contained design philosophy and precision learned while designing for a Swiss clientele. The collection is a perception of sporting essentials, jazzed through engineered cut lines and detail-integrated paneling.

Choices in denim and exaggerated sleeves transport the collection from mountains to highrises. The story of adaptation lives across the entire collection, as specific touches of color show through the near monochromatic color palette, and decorative functionality realizes experiences of fitting one’s own character into new environments.
