FAQ

1: RETURNS + EXCHANGES CONDITIONS 

VANE STUDIOS ("Us", "We", "Our") accepts returns or exchanges of VANE STUDIOS products ("Products") eligible for return (as defined in VANE STUDIOS Returns + Exchanges Policy - RETURNS + EXCHANGES PROCESS and in VANE STUDIOS General Terms and Conditions of Sales) within 14 calendar days of receipt of the Products arriving at the provided shipping address. If any Products are returned after 14 calendar days, the customer will be refunded store credit only. We will not accept any returns or exchanges after 60 calendar days of receipt of the Products being delivered.  

The right of right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for personalized Products and for any other Products that you were informed could not be returned at the time of submitting your order (in accordance with applicable law) ("Non-returnable Products"). Such Non-returnable Products include those given their nature (e.g., fragrances or cosmetic products), or for hygiene reasons (e.g., masks, underwear, bathing suits, swim trunks). 

We only allow exchanges on the same Product (same price) in a different size / color. If you would like to receive a different Product or the same Product in a different color instead (different price), please return your Product for a refund. Then place a new order online for the Product you would like. 

Products shall be returned in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and undamaged, in their original package, and with the original VANE STUDIOS tags and labels attached, along with all related accessories, documents (e.g., Product certificates, instruction booklets), and protective covers included. All returned Products will be inspected before any refund is processed and returned or before any exchange is granted. 

Returns or exchanges of incomplete, worn, altered, damaged, soiled Products will not be accepted and will returned back to you. 

The above does not affect your legal rights in relation to Products that have manufacturing defects or are not as described. 

2: RETURNS + EXCHANGES PROCESS

To return or exchange a Product, you must inform us of your intention to return or exchange a Product. To this effect you may: 

  • Connect to https://www.vanestudios.com --> log into your VANE STUDIOS account --> go to your "Order History" --> complete the online Return Form OR online Exchange Form by selecting the Product(s) you would like to return / exchange and list the quantity and reason for return / exchange;

OR

  • Contact our Client Service for assistance at +1 (610) 551-3671 or send an email to contact@vanestudios.com.   

 

Once you receive an email confirmation for your return / exchange request. Please follow the instructions below to return the Product(s) to our Studio: 

  1. Wrap the Products you wish to return or exchange safely to avoid damage; Place them in their original package, if any, and then inside the shipping box in which you received your order;

  2. Attach your return shipping label to the outside of the box, on top of the original label, and seal the box securely;

  3. Visit the carrier website or drop the box to the nearest carrier drop-off location and ship it to the location indicated in your confirmation email.  

Please note that all Products must be returned within 14 calendar days from your request for return or exchange. 

3: REFUNDS - EXCHANGES 

Once the Product(s) for which a return or exchange was requested has been received by VANE STUDIOS, we will inspect the Product(s) to ensure that the return / exchange conditions specified above in Article 1are met. Subject to the Product(s) meeting those conditions, an exchange or refund will be made. 

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment and in the same currency as purchase. For orders placed with Pre-Paid Cards, VANE STUDIOS has no control over your refund, pending charge, and payment processing times and these financial institutions reserve the right to process these reversals at their discretion. VANE STUDIOS is unable to expedite this process. Please contact your Pre-Paid Card issuer for further information and assistance. 

Refunds will be issued no later than 14 calendar days from the date we received your Product(s) to the Studio. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Once issued, refund payments will be returned within 3 - 5 business days.
