Product Information =

Each product page displays all available sizes and colors. You will find a description and composition for each item. Click on the product image to see detailed images of the garment, including a zoomed-in version.

Searching for an item =

To easily browse the website, select a category from our navigation menu in the top banner or on the home page. For more specific finds, enter word(s) into the search menu.

How to place an order =

1. From the garment page, choose your desired size and color. 

2. Add the product to your Shopping Bag. 

3. Once you have finished shopping and are ready to checkout, click on the Shopping Bag. 

4. Follow the instructions for Checkout, including selecting your shipping method and a payment method. Enter in the requested details. If you have an account with Aureta Studio, you can log in at the start of Checkout. 

5. Please ensure that the information you entered is correct and click on "Proceed o Checkout".

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order within a few minutes. From this moment on, we will take care of the rest! We will inform you of the status of your oder as soon as it has shipped, with another confirmation email. 

Please check your spam folder. If this does not work, and more than 24 hours have passed, please contact us as there may be issues with the email address you registered with. 

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed. You are welcome to return (or exchange) your order once received, see our Returns + Exchanges Policy. 

The Aureta Studio website is best viewed with the latest versions of your browser. Please make sure you have installed the most updated version of the browser.

If you experience any technical issues, we suggest you:

• Delete all Cookies and Temporary Files from your computer. 

• Verify that Javascript is enabled. 

If the problem continues, please contact us with the following information:

• Your operating system (Mac OS X, Windows Vista, etc.)

• Internet browser and version (Safari v14.1.1, Internet Explorer 9) 

• The website URL that you were trying to access (e.g., http://www.aureta.co). 

All orders will be delivered in Aureta Studio branded packaging. By selecting the "Gift Option" when adding an item to your Shopping Bag, you can include a personalized message. 

We will follow up within 48 hours of your request except if during Client Services Holiday Closures:

• December 25th - Christmas Day

• January 1st - New Year's Day

Aureta Studio only offers its product for sale through the following limited methods of distribution:

1. Online at www.aureta.co

2. Aureta Studio boutiques  / authorized pop-up stores

Aureta Studio does not offer its merchandise for sale through individuals, street vendors, unauthorized retail locations or unauthorized websites. In can effort to protect our loyal customers and valuable brand, Aureta Studio reserves the right to refuse the sale of Aureta Studio products to individuals engaging in reselling or transshipping activities. Please contact us to report counterfeiters and unauthorized distributors of Aureta Studio products. 

 Regarding the authenticity of products sold online or in store, please contact us.
