Aureta Studio ships everywhere in the World. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of receipt of your order. See our Shipping Information for more details on shipping timelines and costs. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Please ensure the package received is not damaged in any way and includes all expected Products. Any damage to the packaging and/or product, or any discrepancy between the Products delivered should be immediately notified to Aureta Studio by email: info@aureta.co. Our courier delivers from Monday or Friday during business hours (unless otherwise specified) and will make three delivery attempts. After the third unsuccessful attempt, your order may be returned to the sender. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to alter shipping times.
Please note that once your order has shipped, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.
You will find all information related to your order(s) and their delivery status in your confirmation emails or in your "Order History" if you are a member of the Aureta Studio. If you require additional information, please contact us.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for you to choose a specific delivery date or time.
If your order has not been delivered in the expected time frame, we suggest that you:

Check the order status in your "Order History" for Aureta Studio members.

Check that the address indicated for the delivery is correct. You can check your invoice or shipping confirmation email.

Contact the delivery courier indicated on your shipping confirmation email for real-time tracking dates.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes. Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled and you will be refunded.
Shipping of orders will not be possible on:

All orders will be delivered in our signature Aureta Studio packaging, that is also suitable for gifting. The packaging style may be different depending on the current Studio collection. Orders will be shipped inside an anonymous and secure cardboard box.
According to the traffic regulation, you may open a claim for damaged packages under certain conditions, with the carrier. Please see the specific carrier's website for more information. On the day of delivery, we suggest you accept the package with reservations and document the reason: e.g., "damaged box", "wet box", "open box", etc. Then you can proceed to open a claim with the carrier and include pictures of the damaged box.
